It is a conscious conversation guided by mindfulness, awareness, and lived understanding.

Each session is unique, shaped around where you are in life right now.

How the Session Works

  • Sessions are one-to-one and online

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • A calm, confidential, and judgment-free space

  • The session flows through listening, inquiry, reflection, and guided awareness

  • Meditation or simple awareness practices may be included when helpful
